(continued from Change Allocation Quantities / Release Period)
Again, there are 2 methods to do this.
Screen Shot 139: Move Split Code (Sub Allocation)
The exact number to be moved needs to be known – from which Allocation Split and to which Allocation Split. In the example above, for the period 10 – 12 Jul, there are 4 rooms loaded against STANDARD Split (of which 2 have been used) and 0 Rooms available for T1 Split. 1 Room is going to be moved from STANDARD to T1 for 10 – 12 Jul.
|
The system will not move rooms that it does not have. If one of the days in the date range specified if fully booked, no availability, then none will be transferred. |
Likewise selecting the ‘All’ checkbox will move all the available rooms for the dates selected.

Once the required entries have been made on this screen, click the OK button to save.
Screen Shot 141: Completed Move Allocation
The method above is also used if more than one allocation has been entered for the supplier. Allocation can be moved between the different allocations, as all allocations and sub allocations for the supplier will be listed.
